What is ISPMate?
ISPMate is ISP billing and management software for broadband and FTTH operators in India. Billing, RADIUS, payments, complaints, resellers, inventory and staff run from one web panel and Android and iOS apps.
How does ISPMate automate ISP billing?
ISPMate creates GST invoices for every recharge or postpaid cycle, sends renewal reminders by SMS before expiry, and renews the plan as soon as a payment is received. WhatsApp reminders are available through ISPMate's QuickMessage platform, which is charged separately.
Does ISPMate work with MikroTik, RADIUS and PPPoE?
Yes. ISPMate has built-in RADIUS for PPPoE users and works with MikroTik. New users are created with the right plan speed, and speed changes, suspensions and reconnections are applied from the billing panel. It also integrates with bandwidth managers such as Jaze, IPACCT, Height8, DMA, XceedNet and 24online.
Can ISPMate suspend and reconnect users automatically?
Yes. When a plan expires, the connection is suspended automatically. When the subscriber pays, the plan is renewed and the internet comes back on without anyone touching the router.
Which payment methods does ISPMate support?
Subscribers can pay online by UPI, card or net banking through popular payment gateways, and the payment is recorded automatically. Cash and cheque collected by field agents are tracked until they are approved.
Is there a mobile app and customer portal?
Yes. Your team uses the ISPMate app on Android and iPhone. Your subscribers get a separate customer portal and app to check their plan, expiry and dues, renew online, see payment history and raise a complaint.
Does ISPMate support resellers and franchises?
Yes. Each reseller or franchise gets its own panel and prepaid wallet. Recharges are deducted from the wallet and commission is calculated automatically, and each partner only sees their own subscribers.
Is ISPMate suitable for small ISPs?
Yes. ISPMate is used by local broadband operators as well as FTTH, wireless and multi-branch ISPs. Pricing depends on your subscriber count and the modules you need, so small ISPs are not charged like large networks.
Can I move from Excel or my old billing software?
Yes. Subscribers, plans and balances can be imported from Excel or CSV during setup, and the ISPMate team helps with the migration so your billing keeps running while you switch.
